Tulip - Columbus

Columbus is always the first to sell out when we place our tulip orders, and for good reason! This variety is a glowing raspberry-pink with white edges, huge peony-like flowers, a beautiful fragrance and 20-inch stems. This is one of my Top 5 choices for floral design! This is a mid-season bloomer.

The sooner you plant your tulips upon arrival the better. Dig a planting hole 6-8 inches deep. Place your tulips in your planting whole close but not touching, like eggs in a carton. once tulips are placed in your planting hole, deeply before burying them. This initial watering will stimulate root development and give you healthy tulips this Spring.
